Please note the following and prepare your presentation materials by the guideline below.
All presentations should be made using the English and all presentation materials should be drafted in English.
20 min presentation: 15 min for speaking and 5 min for discussion
15 min presentation: 12 min for speaking and 3 min for discussion
Please note that we will only accept computer-based PowerPoint presentations. To ensure your presentation runs smoothly, please bring your presentation data to PC Preview Desk at least 45 min prior to your presentation. If your presentation is in the morning, presentation data can be acceptable in the previous day. Speakers must use their own laptop computer, if they would like to use some special functions such as heavy animations like a moving picture.
1. If you bring your presentation data in a CD-R or USB flash memory stick, please follow the instructions below.
1) Presentation must be made in PowerPoint readable in Windows. If you would like to use Macintosh, please bring your own computer on site of the presentation.
2) The computers provided for the sessions will be running the following operating systems with the following application software installed.
Windows: Windows XP, Vista / PowerPoint 2003, 2007
Use the above operating system's standard fonts (e.g. Windows: Century, Century Gothic, Times New Roman, etc.)
2. If you bring your own laptop computer, please follow the instructions below.
1) Ensure that your computer is equipped with the monitor connector of mini D-sub 15 pins. If your computer does not have this connection, please bring an appropriate converter with you.
2) Be sure to bring an AC adapter with you. The Japanese standard AC voltage is 100 V.
3. A display monitor, key board, and remote mouse will be provided on a podium for speakers to operate.
4. Presentation data loaded on the computers provided will be completely deleted by the secretariat after your presentation.
5. The secretariat is not responsible for any projection troubles caused by computer technical difficulties. We recommend that all presentations bring back-up data.

Poster size is a maximum of 90 cm wide by 180 cm high. Your poster number will be the same as your abstract number, which appears in the program. Posters will be pinned to the board-there will be a sufficient number of pushpins available.
The posters should be put up between 7:30 and 8:20, Sep. 28, and remain in place.
Posters should be removed by 11:00, Sep. 30.
The poster presenters are kindly requested to be present at their posters to
provide further information in the time of Poster viewing.

Registration desk will be open from 16:00 to 19:00 on September 27 in front of the meeting roomh ARGOS Ah. The desk will be open at 7:30 throughout the conference.

Forum "Frontiers in Biomedical Redox Navigation" will be held in ARGOS B on September 29, which is organized by Innovation Center for Medical Redox Navigation, Kyushu University.
All posters will be reviewed by the members of program committee by 15:00, Sep. 29.
Winners of Poster Award will be introduced to the participants and will be commended at Banquet.
Photo shooting of all participants will be held in the meeting roomh ARGOS Ah at 17:40 of September 29. Donft miss it, because the photograph should be a certificate proving your attendance.

A bus for Arita, a famous district of Japanese ceramic ateliers, will leave JAL Resort Sea Hawk Hotel Fukuoka at 12:30. The participants will take a tour of a ceramic museum and a ceramic factory in Arita, old ceramic town rich in tradition. The
participants should assemble themselves in the hotel lobby at 12:30.
